In pursuance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the board of directors in their meeting held today i.e., May 29, 2026, based on recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to approval of shareholders in the general meeting, has approved the change in designation of Mr. Uttam Dave from “Chairman and Whole Time Director” to “Chairman and Managing Director” of the company with effect from May 29, 2026.
Further the details as per the requirements mentioned in Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July, 13, 2023 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024 is annexed herewith under enclosure “Annexure-I”.
