Subject: Resignation from the Position of Managing Director and Director of the Company
Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to the above captioned subject please accept this as my formal resignation from the position of Managing Director and Director of iStreet Network Limited with effect from May 12, 2026. I also resign as a Member of all the board committees of the company simultaneously.
After a meaningful association with the Company over the past 15 months, I have decided to step down from my executive responsibilities due to personal reasons. Going forward, I intend to continue contributing in the broader capital markets and strategic advisory space, leveraging my experience in supporting listed entities in creating long-term shareholder value.
During my tenure, it was a privilege to work closely with the Board and leadership team in advancing the Company's strategic objectives, including important capital market initiatives. I sincerely thank the Board, employees and all shareholders for their trust and support throughout my tenure.
I request the Board to kindly take note of my resignation and undertake the necessary statutory and regulatory compliances, including applicable disclosures and filings. I remain optimistic about the Company's future and wish iStreet Network Limited continued success in the years ahead.
