VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT BUSINESS UPDATE

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of ISP Global Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) is pleased to announce that CNC-Link (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.* （中網雲鏈（北京）科技有限公司）, an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has been confirmed as the successful tender for a project namely “China Academy of Railway Sciences Group Co., Ltd. Network Security Transformation Software and Hardware Product Procurement Project”*（中國鐵 道科學研究院集團有限公司網絡安全改造軟硬件產品採購項目）(Contract value of approximately RMB26.4 million) through the China Tendering & Bidding Public Service Platform on 22 November 2021.

Pursuant to the tender, CNC-Link (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd is responsible for the implementation of the security upgrade and transformation of the project network, including: 1) The Internet of the China Academy of Railway Sciences: security management area, border access area, external connection area, core exchange area, server area, terminal access area, development and testing area. 2) Out-of-band management area and isolated exchange area. 3) The office network of the China Academy of Railway Sciences: external connection area, security management area, virtual terminal area, core exchange area, server area, terminal access area, development and testing area. 4) The safety management area of the railway internal service network. The procurement of the hardware and software products required for this project to meet the requirements of safe applications, including connection with existing applications and existing network environments, product supply, installation and commissioning, and after-sales service.

The Group will continue to step up its network system integration services and seize opportunities to expand its market share in the PRC market.
