ALLOTMENT AND ISSUANCE OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES PURSUANT TO THE VESTING OF AWARDS TO SELECTED EMPLOYEES UNDER THE ISOTEAM PERFORMANCE SHARE PLAN
Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meanings as ascribed to them in the Company’s announcement made on 31 December 2025.
The Board of Directors (the “ Board ”) of ISOTeam Ltd. (the “ Company ” and together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) refers to the Company’s announcement dated 31 December 2025 in relation to the grant of Awards pursuant to the ISOTeam PSP 2023.
The Board wishes to announce that the Company has today, allotted and issued an aggregate of 1,084,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the PSP 2023 in the capital of the Company (the “ New Shares ”) in accordance with the vesting of the Awards. The New Shares shall rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
Following the allotment and issuance of the 1,084,000 New Shares, the total number of issued and paid-up shares (excluding treasury shares) in the capital of the Company has increased from 793,400,000 to 794,484,000 ordinary shares.
