LAUNCH OF SERIES 004 OF 3-MONTH COMMERCIAL PAPERS ON DIGITAL SECURITIES PLATFORM SDAX

Reference is made to ISOTeam Ltd.’s announcements dated 9 June 2025, 25 June 2025, 9 September 2025, 25 September 2025, 9 December 2025 and 23 December 2025 (the “ SDAX CP Announcements ”). Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as ascribed to them in the SDAX CP Announcements.

The Board of Directors (the “ Board ”) of ISOTeam Ltd. (the “ Company ” and its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) wishes to announce that the Company has today launched the fourth series of its 3-month commercial paper in digital securities under the SDAX Multicurrency CP Programme (“ 3-month Series 004 SDAX Issuance ”).

The 3-month Series 004 SDAX Issuance is priced at an interest rate of 3.85% per annum and matures approximately three (3) months from the date of issuance.

The Company expects to raise between S$5 million and S$7 million from accredited investor(s) and institutional investor(s) under the 3-month Series 004 SDAX Issuance, which shall be determined by the Board after taking into account demand from investors.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments in respect of the SDAX Multicurrency CP Programme and the 3-month Series 004 SDAX Issuance.
