SUCCESSFUL CLOSE AND FULL SUBSCRIPTION OF 3-MONTH SERIES 001 DIGITAL SECURITIES COMMERCIAL PAPER ON THE SDAX PLATFORM – S$6.46 MILLION GROSS PROCEEDS RAISED

Reference is made to ISOTeam Ltd.’s announcement dated 9 June 2025 (the “ SDAX CP Announcement ”). Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as ascribed to them in the SDAX CP Announcement.

The Board of Directors (the “ Board ”) of ISOTeam Ltd. (the “ Company ” and its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) is pleased to announce that the 3-month Series 001 SDAX Issuance launched on 9 June 2025 has closed today at 11:30 a.m. (Singapore time) and has received strong demand from investors, as it was oversubscribed. The Company had targeted to raise up to a maximum of S$5 million for the 3-month Series 001 SDAX Issuance and had received applications from accredited investors and institutional investors for an aggregate amount of S$6.46 million, representing a 29.2% oversubscription. Accordingly, the final aggregate amount raised by the Company from the 3-month Series 001 SDAX Issuance is S$6.46 million. The digital securities to be issued by the Company to the subscribers of the 3-month Series 001 SDAX Issuance will be listed on the SDAX digital platform on 25 June 2025.

Amongst the subscribers of the 3-month Series 001 SDAX Issuance, Mr Ng Cheng Lian, Mr Koh Thong Huat and Mr Foo Joon Lye had, through ADD Investment Holding Pte. Ltd.[(1)] , subscribed for S$500,000.00 in total, amounting to 7.7% of the 3-month Series 001 Issuance. Mr Ng Cheng Lian is the Executive Chairman and Director of the Company, Mr Koh Thong Huat is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Mr Foo Joon Lye is the Executive Director of the Company.

Note :

• (1) Mr Ng Cheng Lian, Mr Koh Thong Huat and Mr Foo Joon Lye hold the total issued share capital of ADD Investment Holding Pte. Ltd. in equal proportion. Each of them is therefore deemed to be interested in all the shares in the capital of the Company held by ADD Investment Holding Pte. Ltd. under Section 7 of the Companies Act 1967.

The Company will make further announcements as appropriate, if and when there are material developments in respect of the SDAX Multicurrency CP Programme and the 3-month Series 001 SDAX Issuance which warrant disclosure.
