AWARD OF CONTRACTS

The Board of Directors of ISOTeam Ltd. (the “ Company ”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) wishes to announce that the Group has secured the following projects, which are worth approximately S$21.0 million in aggregate:

• (1) 6 Coating and Painting (C&P) projects with a total contract value of approximately S$3.7 million, which are expected to be completed by December 2026

These include C&P works at Tuas Terminal Gateway, Resorts World Sentosa, a multi-storey car park at Pasir Ris, a polyclinic at Clementi, Singapore American School and MCST 4561.

• (2) 4 Addition and Alteration (A&A) projects with a total contract value of approximately S$7.9 million, which are expected to be completed by October 2026

These include A&A works at Bukit Panjang Ring, Tuas Jetty, Mohamed Sultan Road and 5 blocks at Nee Soon Central Division.

• (3) 3 Landscaping (ILS) projects with a total contract value of approximately $1.2 million, which are expected to be completed by May 2027

These include ILS works at a 9-storey nursing home at Bukit Panjang, Bedok neighbourhood and Community Spaces in Ang Mo Kio.

• (4) 5 Renewable Solutions (RS) projects with a total contract value of approximately $7.1 million[1] , which are expected to be completed by December 2025

These include RS works at Teck Whye Crescent, Jalan Terusan, Tuas South, Neo Tiew Crescent and Jalan Besut.

• 1 Includes a S$1.25 million contract to be executed pursuant to a letter of award received by the Company.

• (5) 3 Interior Design (ID) projects with a total contract value of approximately S$0.6 million, which are expected to be completed by December 2025

These include ID works at Orchard Gateway and Rifle Range Road.

• (6) 1 Repair and Redecoration (R&R) project with a total contract value of approximately S$0.5 million, which is expected to be completing soon

This project refers to the work at Raffles Hospital.

None of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the contracts secured, other than through their respective shareholdings (if any) in the Company.
