Invitation to Linius Virtual Conference

Melbourne, Australia – 8 December, 2021: Linius Technologies Limited (ASX:LNU) (‘Linius’ or ‘the Company’) – the only cloud-based solution that transforms static video into hyper-personalized video experiences with its world first Video Virtualization Engine™ (VVE) – is pleased to invite Shareholders and Investors to a virtual conference, hosted by CEO, James Brennan. The presentation will be held at 12:00 (AEDT) on Tuesday 14 December 2021.

Those attending the conference will get insights into recent exciting developments in the commercialisation of Linius Technologies’ video virtualization technology, including:

• An update on the Education sector, including an overview of the bolstered sales teams’ go-tomarket strategy and buoyant opportunity pipeline.

• The Company’s go-to-market strategy for Sports, including details of new partner agreements designed to target joint ventures and accelerate sales with major global broadcasters.

• The evolving relationship between Linius and partner Swanbay, that has seen further commercialisation of the Linius technology off the back of their deployment into English Premier League Club, Wolverhampton Wanderers.

• An update on Linius Whizzard for the Enterprise sector, including updates on the free self-service trial launch, key integrations and partner marketplace presence.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from James Brennan, Linius’ new CEO who will share his initial impressions upon joining Linius, an overview of his strategic and operational planning, and his approach to shareholder engagement.
