Number & class of securities

6 million fully paid ordinary shares have been granted to Mr Wallace, which are to be issued in three equal traches subject to the approval of shareholders to be sought at a General Meeting of the Company (yet to be convened). The first tranche will be issued forthwith on the Company receiving shareholder approval, and the second and third tranches will be issued on the first and second anniversaries, respectively, of Mr Wallace’s commencement date.
