Linius Technologies Limited (ASX: LNU) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Linius Technologies Limited (‘LNU’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of LNU, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 2 August 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the directors of Linius Technologies Limited (ASX: LNU) request an immediate trading halt over the Company’s securities, pending the release of an announcement to the market.

This request is made because the Company is finalising a capital raising initiative.

The trading halt is requested from the commencement of trading on Monday, 31 July 2023 until the commencement of trading on Wednesday 2 August 2023 or upon the release by the Company of an announcement to the market regarding the capital raising and the issue of securities.

The Directors are not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
