Cleansing Notice – Share Purchase Plan

Linius Technologies Limited (ASX: LNU) ( Linius or Company ) is proposing to offer to eligible shareholders the opportunity to purchase up to $30,000 of fully paid ordinary shares ( New Shares ) at an issue price of $0.002 per New Share pursuant to a Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ).

The SPP is being conducted by the Company in accordance with ASIC Corporations (Share Purchase and Interest Plans) Instrument 2019/547 ( Instrument ).

In accordance with the Instrument, the Company gives notice that:

the Company will make offers to issue New Shares under the SPP without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Act );
this notice is given to ASX by the Company in accordance with the requirements of the Instrument;
as at the date of this notice, that the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company and section 674 of the Act; and
as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is "excluded information" within the meanings of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act as if this notice were a notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act.
