Linius Technologies Limited (ASX: LNU) advises that the attached options expiry notice has been sent to holders of listed options exercisable at $0.16 each (ASX: LNUOA) in relation to their expiry on 30 September 2019.

EXPIRY OF LISTED OPTIONS - LNUOA

As at the close of trading on 23 September 2019, you are the registered holder of [Insert Number of Options Held] listed options (ASX: LNUOA) to subscribe for fully paid ordinary shares in Linius Technologies Limited ( LNU or Company ) expiring on 30 September 2019.

1. These options entitle you to acquire one LNU share for each option you choose to exercise.

2. The exercise price of these options is 16 cents each (A$0.16).

3. The due date for payment is 5.00pm WST on Monday 30 September 2019 ( due date ).

4. There is no obligation upon you to exercise your options, however, if payment is not received by the due date the options will lapse and all rights under the options will cease at that time.

5. The options will cease to be quoted on ASX from close of trading on Tuesday 24 September 2019.

6. The market price of LNU shares on ASX was A$0.035 on 23 September 2019, being the last trading day in LNU prior to the dispatch of this letter.

7. During the three months preceding the date of this notice the highest market price of LNU shares on ASX was A$0.051, and the lowest market price was A$0.026.

If you wish to exercise your options in whole or in part, then you must complete an application for LNU shares on exercise of options and forward it together with payment of 16 cents per option exercised by no later than 5.00pm WST on the due date to the Company’s share registry at:

Payment of the total exercise price for the options that you choose to exercise (if any) is able to be made by either cheque or BPay. BPay details are included on the option exercise form.
