CLEANSING NOTICE

UNDER SECTION 708A OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT

Linius Technologies Limited (ASX: LNU) (Company) advises that today it has issued 119,696,980 fully paid ordinary shares ( New Shares ) via a placement to professional and sophisticated investors at 3.3 cents per New Share, to raise $3,950,000 before costs, further to the announcement made by the Company on 23 September 2019.

This notice is given by the Company under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 ( Act ). The Company advises that:

• (a) the New Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

• (b) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company, and section 674 of the Act; and

• (c) as at the date of this notice, there is no “excluded information” within the meanings of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act.
