RELEASE OF RESTRICTED SECURITIES FROM VOLUNTARY ESCROW

In accordance with ASX listing rule 3.10A, Linius Technologies Limited (ASX:LNU) advises that the following securities will be released from voluntary escrow:

Release date: 9 May 2017.

Class of securities: Ordinary shares fully paid

Number of securities: 10,000,000

These shares were issued in September 2016 to Kirby family interests as a strategic investment in the company (refer ASX announcement on 2 September 2016). The shares were subject to a voluntary escrow restriction for 8 months from their date of issue through to the first anniversary of the Company’s re-listing.
