COMPLETION OF CAPITAL RAISING

Firestrike Resources Limited (ASX: FIE) (Company) is pleased to advise that the Company has closed its capital raising heavily oversubscribed and have accepted the maximum possible funds as per the Prospectus lodged with ASIC on 3 March 2016.

Once the acquisition of Linius (Aust) Pty Ltd is completed, the incoming directors will utilise the $3,500,000 raised to advance the Linius business as set out in the Prospectus.
