ENTITLEMENT OFFER – NOTIFICATION OF SHORTFALL

Firestrike Resources Limited (ASX: FIE) (Company) is pleased to advise that the Company’s entitlement offer announced on 10 November 2015 closed at 5pm (WST) on 1 December 2015 (Entitlement Issue).

The Entitlement Issue raised AUD $510,732 before issue costs.

The Entitlement Issue was strongly supported by the Company’s shareholders, with applications subscribing for 20,536,608 shares representing a take-up of 80%.

The Underwriters to the entitlement offer have advised that they have placed the balance of 5,000,000 shares.

The Company expects that the new Firestrike shares will be allotted, and holding statements dispatched to shareholders, on 7 December 2015.
