RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR – CHRIS RICHARDSON

Linius Technologies Limited (ASX:LNU) ( Linius or Company ) advises that Chris Richardson has resigned as a Director of Linius Technologies Limited effective today, as announced at the Company’s 2021 Annual General Meeting this morning.

Linius Chairman Gerard Bongiorno said, “On behalf of the Board and our shareholders I would like to thank Chris for his contribution to the Company during his tenure as a Director and formerly as Chief Executive Officer. Chris will remain working for the Company focussing on commercialisation of the Linius Blockchain technology and operations.”
