GERARD BONGIORNO APPOINTED TO LINIUS BOARD

• Brings a wealth of experience in global capital & commercial markets

• Stephen Kerr steps off the Board; Remains CFO & Company Secretary

Linius Technologies Limited (ASX: LNU) (Linius) is pleased to announce the appointment of Gerard Bongiorno to the Linius Board of Directors, as a NonExecutive Director.

Gerard has been assisting the business for some time and was instrumental in introducing the Kirby Family, who invested in Linius, through a placement in September 2016 and facilitated an important Showcase of the Linius technology with Village Roadshow.

Gerard is Principal and Co-CEO of Sapient Capital Partners, a merchant banking operation and has over 25 years of professional experience in capital raisings and corporate advisory.

Steve McGovern, Chairman of Linius, said:

Some of the extensive experience Gerard brings to the Board includes his roles in Challenger Limited (ASX: CGF), a diversified financial services firm, Village Roadshow and KPMG Corporate Finance and his ongoing work as CEO of Sapient, raising capital both in Australia and internationally.

Concurrent with the appointment of Gerard Bongiorno as a Non-Executive Director, Stephen Kerr has resigned from the Board as an Executive Director to concentrate on expanded operational roles as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
