CHANGE OF AUDITOR
Capital Structure
Linius Technologies Limited (ASX: LNU) (Linius) announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, that KPMG has been appointed as Auditor of Linius.
This appointment follows the resignation of HLB Mann Judd (WA Partnership) and ASIC’s consent to the resignation in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001.
The Board considered that is was in the best interests of Linius and its shareholders to appoint KPMG, Melbourne office, as the company’s auditors following the 2016 RTO transaction and the subsequent change in operations and location of the entire company and its administration from Perth, WA to Melbourne, Victoria.
In accordance with the Corporations Act 2001, KPMG will hold office until the next AGM, at which shareholders will be asked to formally approve the appointment.
