CORPORATE CALENDAR
The 2023 Annual General Meeting of Linius Technologies Limited ( Company ) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 16 November 2023.
An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of directors. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday, 28 September 2023.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office by no later than 5pm (AEST) on Thursday, 28 September 2023.
