Corporate Calendar
The 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Linius is scheduled for Monday 30 November 2020.
Given the evolving nature of government restrictions associated with COVID-19, details of the location and electronic access to the meeting will be confirmed closer to the date of the AGM.
Nominations for election of directors at the AGM must be received no later than 9am (AEST) Monday 12 October 2020 as per requirements of Listing Rules 3.13.1 and 14.3 and clause 6.2(f) of Linius’ constitution.
