INVL Technology - Notification on material event

Correction: Announcement of the net asset value of INVL Technology as of 30 September 2019

Correction: The special closed-ended private equity investment company INVL Technology (hereinafter – the Company) is providing corrected versions of the announcements published on 29 October 2019 in Lithuanian and English regarding the Company’s net asset value on 30 September 2019.

As provided for in Section XI ‘Calculation of the Net Asset Value’ of the Articles of Association of INVL Technology, the net asset value of the Company on 30 September 2019 was EUR 27,444,705.03 or EUR 2.2541 per share.
