Acquisition of shares in Mölnlycke Health Care completed

Following approval by the competition authorities, Investor's acquisition of additional shares in Mölnlycke Health Care, announced on August 26, 2010, has been completed. As of today, Investor owns 96 percent of Mölnlycke Health Care, now consolidated as a subsidiary of Investor, reported within Operating Investments. The financing of Mölnlycke Health Care continues to be ring-fenced and independent, without any guarantees from Investor AB.
