We wish to inform you that in terms of Company's "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" read with NSE Circular Ref No: NSE/CML/2019/11 and BSE Circular Ref No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2" April, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for all the Promoters and Directors/ Designated persons with effect from 1%t October, 2021, up to 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ending on 30 September, 2021.

The Trading Window shall re-open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of the Board Meeting to consider, inter alia, Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ending on 30" September, 2021 shall be intimated separately in due course.
