We wish to inform you that in terms of Company's "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" read with NSE Circular Ref No: NSE/CML/2019/11 and BSE Circular Ref No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2"4 April, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors/ Designated persons with effect from 1* January, 2020, up to 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter ending on 315 December, 2019.

The Trading Window shall re-open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of the Board meeting to consider, inter alia, Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ending on 31% December, 2019 shall be intimated separately in due course.
