Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), 20 marzo 2017 – Interpump Group S.p.A. ("Interpump") rende noto che in data odierna Gruppo IPG Holding S.p.A. ("IPG Holding"), società controllante Interpump, ha acquisito - con una operazione fuori mercato - n. 2.000.000 di azioni ordinarie Interpump da Mais S.p.A..
Per effetto dell'operazione IPG Holding detiene n. 25.406.799 azioni Interpump equivalenti al 23,33% del capitale (23,82% al netto delle azioni proprie).

Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), March 20, 2017 – Interpump Group S.p.A. ("Interpump") announces that today Gruppo IPG Holding S.p.A. ("IPG Holding"), a controlling company of Interpump, has acquired 2,000,000 ordinary shares of Interpump from Mais S.p.A. in an out-of-market transaction. After today's transaction, IPG Holding holds 25,406,799 Interpump shares, representing 23.33% of total share capital (23.82% excluding treasury shares).
