Interpump Group S.p.A. Modifica al calendario eventi societari per l'anno 2021 Change to the 2021 Financial calendar

Si comunica che la riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione della Relazione Semestrale 2021, originariamente prevista per il giorno 5 agosto, è anticipata per motivi organizzativi al tardo pomeriggio del 4 agosto. Il comunicato stampa relativo all'approvazione dei risultati di periodo verrà diffuso appena disponibile, nella stessa data.
La conference call per analisti e investitori resta fissata, come già previsto, per le 15 del 5 agosto.
The meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the 2021 Half-Year report, originally planned for August 5, is brought forward to the late afternoon of August 4 for organizational reasons. The press release for the approval of half-year results will be published on the same date without delay.
The conference call for analysts and investors remains set, without changes, to 3pm Italian time on August 5.
