DEPOSITO RELAZIONE FINANZIARIA ANNUALE AL 31/12/2018 PUBLISHING OF THE YEARLY FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AS AT 31/12/2018

S. Ilario d'Enza (RE), 29 marzo 2019 – Si rende noto che la Relazione Finanziaria annuale al 31/12/2018, comprendente il Progetto di Bilancio di esercizio di Interpump Group S.p.A., il Bilancio Consolidato del Gruppo Interpump, la Relazione sulla Gestione e l'attestazione di cui all'Art. 154-bis comma 5 del Testo Unico della Finanza, è stata messa a disposizione del pubblico mediante deposito presso la sede sociale, sullo stoccaggio autorizzato eMarket Storage () e pubblicata sul sito internet della Società (www.interpumpgroup.it) nella sezione "Investor Relations - Bilanci Annuali".

Il documento sarà integrato con le relazioni del Collegio Sindacale e della Società di Revisione legale e pubblicato, con adeguata informativa al pubblico, entro i termini previsti dalla legge per la documentazione relativa all'Assemblea dei Soci.

Ilario d'Enza (RE), 29 March 2019 – The Company announces that the Yearly Financial Statements as at 31/12/2018, including in the Draft Separate Financial Statements of Interpump Group S.p.A., the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Interpump Group, the Directors' Report and the statement pursuant to Article 154-bis paragraph 5 of the Consolidated Finance Law, is available to the public at the Company's registered offices, has been published on the authorized storage system "eMarket Storage" () and on the Company's website (www.interpumpgroup.it) under "Investor Relations – Annual Financial Statements". The document will be integrated with the reports from the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Independent Auditors, and published – with adequate notice to the public – within the terms set forth by law for the documentation pertaining to the General Shareholders' Meeting.
