CHANGE OF DATE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING TO APPROVE THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AS AT 31 DECEMBER 2015

Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), 25 January 2016 – It is hereby announced that pursuant to article 2.6.2 b) of the current Rules of the Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the meeting of the Board of Directors of Interpump Group S.p.A. to approve the Annual Financial Report as at 31 December 2015 will be held on 18 March 2016 instead of on 16 March 2016 as announced in the press release issued on 13 November 2015.
