INTERPUMP ACQUIRES "TUTTO HYDRAULICOS": FURTHER ENHANCEMENT IN THE CYLINDER SECTOR IN BRASIL

Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), 23 October 2025 – Interpump Group announces the acquisition1 , through its subsidiary Hidrover Ltda, of the entire share capital of "Tutto Hidraulicos Ltda", a company specialized in the hydraulic cylinder sector.

Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Caxias do Sul (Brazil), Tutto Hidraulicos employs over 110 people. The company is expected to close fiscal year 2025 with revenues of approximately €12 million and an EBITDA margin of around 24%.2

"Tutto Hidraulicos" has been valued3 at approximately €12 million4 .

Interpump Group entered the hydraulic cylinder sector in 2008 through the acquisitions of Contarini, Modenflex, Cover, Panni Oleodinamica, and HS Penta, all operating in the same industry but with different and therefore complementary specializations. In 2019, the acquisition of the Canadian company Hydra Dyne Tech marked another step in the internationalization process, which continued less than a year ago with the acquisition of the Brazilian company Hidrover.

INTERPUMP ACQUISISCE "TUTTO HYDRAULICOS": ULTERIORE POTENZIAMENTO NEL SETTORE DEI CILINDRI IN BRASILE

Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), 24 ottobre 2025 – Interpump Group annuncia di aver acquisito5 , tramite la sua controllata Hidrover Ltda, l'intero capitale di Tutto Hidraulicos Ltda, società specializzata nel settore dei cilindri idraulici.

Fondata nel 2008 con sede a Caxias do Sul (Brasile) e oltre 110 dipendenti, si stima che la Società chiuderà il 2025 con un fatturato di circa € 12 milioni e un EBITDA margin nell'intorno del 24%. 6

"Tutto Hidraulicos" è stata valutata7 in circa € 12 milioni8 .

Il Gruppo Interpump è entrato nel settore dei cilindri nel 2008 con le acquisizioni di Contarini, Modenflex, Cover, Panni Oleodinamica e HS Penta, tutte operanti nel settore ma con specializzazioni diverse e quindi complementari fra loro. Nel 2019 l'acquisizione della canadese Hydra Dyne Tech ha rappresentato un ulteriore passo nel processo di internalizzazione al quale meno di un anno fa è seguita l'acquisizione della brasiliana Hidrover.
