Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), 20 febbraio 2023 – Interpump Group annuncia l'acquisizione dell'85% del capitale della Società Indoshell Automotive System India P.L.

La Società appartiene a Indoshell Mould Limited, Gruppo indiano specializzato nella fusione di metalli ferrosi e non (ghisa e alluminio). Si stima che la Società, a fine 2023, possa raggiungere una produzione di circa 8.000 tonnellate con un conseguente fatturato stimato di circa 12 milioni di Euro e un EBITDA di circa 2 milioni di Euro.

Il valore dell'operazione è stato fissato in circa 8 milioni di Euro¹ e sono stati definiti i meccanismi di "put and call" con un prezzo già determinato attraverso i quali, a partire da aprile 2027, Interpump Group potrà acquisire da Indoshell Mould Limited il rimanente 15%.

INTERPUMP ACQUIRES INDOSHELL AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEM INDIA Specialised foundry for cast iron castings

Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), 20 th February 2022 - Interpump Group announces the acquisition of 85% of Indoshell Automotive System India P.L. share capital.

The Company belongs to Indoshell Mould Limited, an Indian Group specialised in ferrous and non-ferrous (cast iron and aluminium) moulding and casting activities. It is estimated that the Company, in 2023, would achieve a production of approximately 8,000 tons, resulting in an estimated turnover of 12 million Euro and approximately 2 million Euro of EBITDA.

Value of the operation was fixed in approximately 8 million Euro¹² and "put and call" mechanisms - with an already defined price - were undertaken to allow Interpump Group - starting from April 2027 - to buy the remaining 15%.
