Interpump Group acquires 100% of Waikato

Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), 18th May 2023 – Interpump Group annuncia l'acquisizione del 100% del capitale del Gruppo Waikato1 .
Con oltre 50 anni di storia, il Gruppo è il leader nel mercato neozelandese e australiano delle attività di mungitura meccanizzata grazie a un costante percorso di sviluppo e innovazione tecnologica che ha permesso di passare dalla progettazione e produzione di componenti a fine degli anni '70 all'attuale offerta di sistemi integrati e automatizzati.
La Società ha chiuso il 20222 con un fatturato pari a quasi 80 milioni di dollari neozelandesi e un EBITDA margin nell'intorno del 14%.
Il prezzo dell'operazione3 è stato fissato in circa € 30 milioni.

The leader of milking and dairy solution in Oceania
Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), 18th May 2023 - Interpump Group announces the acquisition of 100% of Waikato Group1 .
With more than 50 years of history, the Company is the leader in New Zealander and Australian milking and dairy markets leveraging on a constant evolution and technological path which allowed to develop from the design and manufacturing of components of the '70 to the current offer of integrated and robotic systems. The Company closed 2022 2 with a turnover of \$ NZD 80 million and an EBITDA margin of around 14%.
Price of the operation3 was fixed in approximately € 30 million.
