Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), 20 ottobre 2022 – Interpump Group annuncia l'acquisizione, attraverso IPH Hydraulics, dell'80% del capitale della Società Eurofluid Hydraulic S.r.l.

La Società, fondata nel 1994 e con sede a Borzano di Albinea (RE), è specializzata nella realizzazione di blocchi oleodinamici di altissima qualità, con una produzione sia standard che personalizzata su specifiche richieste dei clienti. Eurofluid occupa oltre 90 dipendenti e il fatturato per l'esercizio 2022 è previsto nell'intorno dei 28 milioni di Euro con un EBITDA margin superiore al 20%.

Il valore della partecipazione nel capitale della Società è stato fissato in 26,4 milioni di Euro¹ e sono stati definiti i meccanismi di "put and call" con un prezzo già determinato attraverso i quali, a partire da aprile 2026, le controparti potranno acquistare e vendere il rimanente 20%. Gli attuali proprietari continueranno ad essere coinvolti nelle attività della Società.

INTERPUMP ACQUIRES EUROFLUID HYDRAULIC

Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), 20th October 2022 - Interpump Group announces the acquisition, through IPH Hydraulics, of 80% of Eurofluid Hydraulic S.r.l. share capital.

The Company, founded in 1994 and based in Borzano di Albinea (RE), is specialized in the manufacturing of high-quality hydraulic manifold blocks with both a standard and a tailored production. Eurofluid has over 90 employees and 2022 turnover is expected around 28 million Euro, with an EBITDA margin higher than 20%.

Value of Group stake in the Company was fixed in 26,4 million Euro²¹ and "put and call" mechanisms - with an already defined price - were undertaken to allow Counterparties - starting from April 2026 - to buy and sell the remaining 20%. Current shareholders will continue to be involved in Company activities.
