MERGER BY ABSORPTION OF MARIOTTI & PECINI S.r.l. INTO INTERPUMP GROUP S.p.A.

Sant'Ilario d'Enza, 2 Novembre 2020 – Interpump Group S.p.A. comunica che in data 1° novembre 2020 si è concluso l'iter relativo all'efficacia della fusione per incorporazione della società Mariotti & Pecini S.r.l., società detenuta la 100%, in Interpump Group S.p.A.

Facendo seguito ai comunicati stampa del 15 e 20 luglio 2020, si rende noto che non sono state ricevute, da parte di soci rappresentanti almeno il 5% del capitale sociale, richieste ai sensi dell'art. 2505 comma 3 del Codice Civile.
