INTERPUMP GROUP ACQUIRES FLUINOX
Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), 11 December 2018 – Interpump Group announces the acquisition of 100% of the Spanish company FLUINOX, headquartered in Valencia.
This company designs, produces and installs components and systems for the cosmetic, food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry. Its specific expertise in the treatment of pastes and powders represents a perfect integration to the fluid-handling skills and product range of Inoxpa (as a reminder, Inoxpa was acquired by Interpump Group in early 2017)
In the fiscal year 2018, FLUINOX expects € 8.6 million in sales, with an EBITDA of approximately € 1.5 million. The agreed price was € 9.49 million plus the net cash position which shall be equal or greater than € 1.66 million.
The seller and founder of Fluinox Mr. Diego Casto Gómez Caballero will continue working with the company.
