ERRATA CORRIGE COMUNICATO STAMPA "RISULTATI CONSOLIDATI 2019"
Sant'Ilario D'Enza, 16 marzo 2020 - A pagina 3, relativamente all' "AUTORIZZAZIONE ALL'ACQUISTO E ALIENAZIONE DI AZIONI PROPRIE", il paragrafo
"L'autorizzazione all'acquisto, da effettuarsi mediante acquisti sul mercato o mediante offerta pubblica di acquisto o di scambio secondo le modalità di legge, è relativa a un numero massimo di 7.500.000 azioni ordinarie, a un prezzo compreso tra € 0,52 (zero/52) e € 40,00 (quaranta/00)"
è erroneo e deve essere corretto in
"L'autorizzazione all'acquisto, da effettuarsi mediante acquisti sul mercato o mediante offerta pubblica di acquisto o di scambio secondo le modalità di legge, è relativa a un numero massimo di 10.000.000 azioni ordinarie, a un prezzo compreso tra € 0,52 (zero/52) e € 34,50 (trentaquattro/50)"
ERRATUM TO THE FY2019 CONSOLIDATED RESULTS PRESS RELEASE
Sant'Ilario D'Enza, 16 March 2020 – On page 3, under "AUTHORIZATION FOR TREASURY SHARES PURCHASE AND DISPOSAL", the paragraph
"The purchase(s) for which authorization is sought shall be made on a regulated market or through a public tender/exchange offer in accordance to the law, for a maximum of 7,500,000 ordinary shares, at a price between €0.52 and €40.00."
is erroneous and shall be corrected to
"The purchase(s) for which authorization is sought shall be made on a regulated market or through a public tender/exchange offer in accordance to the law, for a maximum of 10,000,000 ordinary shares, at a price between €0.52 and €34.50."
