ISTITUZIONE DEL COMITATO CONTROLLO RISCHI E SOSTENIBILITA'

Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), 10 luglio 2020 – Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Interpump Group S.p.A. ha deliberato nella riunione odierna di affidare anche formalmente la supervisione delle questioni di sostenibilità al comitato endoconsiliare Controllo e Rischi, anche allo scopo di dare evidenza al lavoro già portato avanti negli ultimi anni sul tema. Il nome del comitato pertanto diverrà Comitato Controllo, Rischi e Sostenibilità.

Si ricorda che il suddetto Comitato è composto dai consiglieri indipendenti Dott.ssa Paola Tagliavini (Presidente), Dott. Angelo Busani, e Avv. Federica Menichetti.

ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CONTROL, RISK & SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE

Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), 10 July 2020 – The Board of Directors of Interpump Group S.p.A met today and resolved to formally assign the supervisory duty on sustainability matters to its Control and Risks Committee, also in recognition of the work carried out in the past few years on this topic. Therefore, the committee will change its name to Control, Risks and Sustainability Committee.

As a reminder, said Committee is made up by independent directors Paola Tagliavini (Chair), Angelo Busani, and Federica Menichetti.
