Block listing application

International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (the "Company") announces that it has made a block listing application for 92,910,234 ordinary shares in the Company with a nominal value of €0.50 each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange.

This block listing application has been made in response to the ongoing exercise by certain holders of the International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. €390,000,000 1.75 per cent. convertible bonds due 2018 (the "Bonds") of their rights to convert their Bonds into ordinary shares in the Company, and in anticipation of possible further conversions by other holders of the Bonds in the future.

The Shares will be allotted to holders of the Bonds who exercise their conversion rights in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds. The Shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with existing ordinary shares in the Company. Admission is expected to be effective on 4 February 2016.

This notification is made in accordance with Listing Rule 3.5.5R.
