IAG 2015 FINAL DIVIDEND

On 6 June 2016, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) announced a delay to the implementation of the new T+2 clearing and settlement system in Spain. The implementation of the new system is now expected on 3 October 2016 (previously 27 June 2016).

As a consequence, the ex-dividend date for the final dividend announced by International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. on 3 May 2016 has been moved from 30 June to 29 June 2016.

The revised dividend timetable is as follows: 

Timetable (applicable to both the Spanish and UK markets)

Ex-dividend date	29 June 2016
Record date	1 July 2016
Payment date	From 4 July 2016

This dividend is subject to the approval of the General Shareholders Meeting to be held on 16 June 2016.  For further details please refer to the Shareholder Meeting section of the website (www.iairgroup.com).
