The Board of Directors of International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. ("IAG") announces that the non-executive proprietary director G iles Agutter will not stand for re-election at the Shareholders' Meeting to be held on 26 June 2024 and will therefore cease to be a director of the Company following that Meeting. To fill this vacancy, the Board of Directors, with the favourable report of the Nominations Committee, submits to the Shareholders' Meeting the appointment of Bruno Matheu as a non-executive proprietary director as proposed by the significant shareholder Qatar Airways Group (Q.C.S.C) .

This announcement is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11.
