FINAL DIVIDEND AND SPECIAL DIVIDEND

The Board of International Consolidated Airlines Group S.A (IAG) has today decided to recommend to shareholders a final dividend of 16.5 € cents per share in respect of 2018, which represents €327 million in total. Together with the interim dividend paid in December 2018, this brings the full year dividend to 31.0 € cents, which represents a total ordinary dividend of €615 million for the year.

It has also decided to recommend to shareholders a special dividend of 35.0 € cents per share, which represents approximately €700 million in total.

Subject to shareholder approval at IAG's Annual General Meeting, the final and special dividends will be paid on 8 July 2019 to shareholders on the register on 5 July 2019.
