International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (the "Company" or "IAG") discloses the following information about its share plans for Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR").

British Airways Share Option 2005

The following PDMRs exercised their option to acquire ordinary shares of 0.50 euro each in the capital of the Company granted under the British Airways Share Option Plan as detailed in the table below:
