NOTICE OF OPTIONAL REDEMPTION OF BONDS

International Consolidated Airlines Group S.A. notifies that its subsidiary British Airways Plc has today exercised its option, pursuant to Condition 7(B) (Redemption), to redeem its €300,000,000 6.75% Bonds 2039 (the Bonds) in whole on 12 August 2018 (the Redemption Date).  In accordance with Condition 7(B) (Redemption) of the Bonds, the Bonds will be redeemed at their principal amount, together with all accumulated and unpaid interest to the Redemption Date.
