NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (the "Company") hereby notifies the market of the transactions of which it has been notified under article 19.1 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation ('MAR'), relating to the capital increase with pre-emptive subscription rights to raise gross proceeds of €2,741 million through the issuance of 2,979,443,376 new shares in IAG (the "New Shares") with a subscription price of  €0.92 for each New Share (the "Capital Increase"), as approved by IAG shareholders on 8 September 2020.

The Capital Increase pre-emptive subscription period is 12 - 26 September 2020. Each Director who is a shareholder and who is able to participate in the Capital Increase has irrevocably undertaken to exercise in full or in part his or her subscription rights to subscribe for New Shares.

The following is confirmation of the transactions relating to the subscription rights by each Director and the members of the IAG Management Committee. A further disclosure will be made in due course in relation to the number of New Shares received by each one.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19.3 of MAR.
