NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

International Consolidated Airlines Group S.A. (the "Company") hereby notifies the market of the following transactions of which it has been notified under article 19.1 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation ('MAR'), relating to:

The acquisition of shares (after the settlement of income tax / national insurance liabilities) following the end of the two-year holding period of the nil-cost options granted in May 2015 under the Company's Performance Share Plan.

One-third of the award was subject to Total Shareholder Return (TSR) performance condition measured against an index, one-third was subject to Earnings Per Share (EPS) and the final third was subject to Return on Invested Capital (RoiC).  The outcome of these performance conditions, tested at the end of the performance period which began on 1 January 2015 and ended on 31 December 2017, was that 66.67 per cent of the award vested with the remaining shares lapsing.

These share plans are more fully described in the Company's 2018 and 2019 Directors' Remuneration Report, which can be accessed online at www.iairgroup.com.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19.3 of MAR.
