Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons (PDMR)

The Company announces that on 21 May 2014, the Company received notification that:

·      Stephen Gunning (PDMR)  sold 3,155 ordinary shares of 0.50euro each in the capital of the Company ('shares') for £3.7665 per share;

·      3,149 shares were purchased on his behalf by the manager of an Individual Savings Account ('ISA'), at a price of £3.7686 per share

The PDMR effected these transactions to enable shares previously held by him to be held in ISA on his behalf.

This announcement is made following notification under the Disclosure Rule 3.1.2.
