REPURCHASE AND TOTAL CANCELLATION OF BONDS

Following the relevant events published on 14 July 2019 and on 26 July 2019, the Company hereby announces that it has purchased, amortized and cancelled the remaining 10.56% of the Convertible Bonds due 17 November 2020, ISIN XS1322536332 for an aggregate nominal amount of €52,800,000. Therefore, the issue ISIN XS1322536332 has been completely amortized and cancelled.
