The Board of International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (IAG) has approved the appointment of Marc Bolland as Chair of the Remuneration Committee. He replaces Dame Marjorie Scardino who is standing down for personal reasons and will remain a Committee member.

The IAG Remuneration Committee will therefore have the following composition:
