The Board of International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (IAG) has approved the appointment of Dame Marjorie Scardino as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, replacing Baroness Kingsmill, who will remain a Committee member.

The IAG Remuneration Committee will therefore have the following composition:
