Notification under Listing Rule 9.6.11

The Board of Directors of INTERNATIONAL CONSOLIDATED AIRLINES GROUP, S.A., at the meeting held today, June 18, 2015, has approved a new text of the Board of Directors Regulations, which will be available on the company's website (www.iairgroup.com).

Also the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Sir Martin Broughton as Chairman of the Nominations Committee. Consequently, that committee will now be chaired by a director who is classified as an independent director. Mr. Antonio Vázquez Romero will continue as director of the Nominations Committee, the composition of which will hereafter be as follows:

Baroness Kingsmill.
